PULSE: CORRECTIVE

Our classic. At Pulse Body Fitness, we understand that every individual is different. PULSE CORRECTIVE is our comprehensive one-on- one training program tailored to your muscle imbalances and lifestyle goals. Our experts use a unique 3-point system to identify flexibility level, structural imbalances, and cardiovascular health. When we assess it, we address it! Once a baseline is set, you’re ready for the elite training experience.

(Offered in 1-HR and 45 minute sessions)

PULSE: PARTNER

Our newest addition – delivered in a semi-private partner setting. With PULSE PARTNER let your other half, sibling, or best friend accompany you for a custom fit program designed to target both sets of goals. Take your workout to the next level in a fun, motivating partner setting.

PULSE: POWERLIFT

Our authority. PULSE POWERLIFT is for those looking to increase both mental and physical strength by using techniques designed to change your body. We offer powerlifting programs for both inexperienced lifters and advanced competitors. The facility is equipped with Rogue IPF legal calibrated weights and bars. Get ready to squat!
